Located in the center of the Grade village, an integral part of the once church lands, this property belongs to the family since the beginning of the XX century.

Agricultural terraces and an historical dwelling make this property. It gained its present form once the house was reconstructed, preserving its 1932 characteristics. It was built by the current owner’s great-grandparents and completely recovered in 2020.

1ha of vineyard in integrated production, with vine bards at 320m altitude of predominantly Loureiro cast, that due to its sun exposure and terroir create an excellent product.

Once upon an almost immemorial time, this cellar filled the wineskins that were then carried by mules up the mountain to fill the taverns of the most isolated mountain villages.
